Exchanges Policy
We do not do exchanges, but we will replace items if they are defective, damaged or do not match your order. If you receive a defective item, send us an email at info@vlorafc.com with the name and phone number associated with order and item that was purchased. Please also attach a picture of the defective or damaged item.
